Part of a new development in the heart of Harlem, this four bedroom apartment features amazing city and river views.

The empty canvas allowed us to create a fun downtown vibe while enjoying the generosity of space that its uptown location has to offer.

Furniture and prop sourcing, staging, painting services, custom soft homewares, electric and original artwork complement the installation.

A mix of vintage and designer pieces was used to stage this modern space.

A balance between comfortable surroundings and an artistic vibe can be found in the lounge area.

Drama was provided with bold colors in furnishings and accent walls.

Complementing the developer's natural finishes, the kitchen was kept neutral and sophisticated.

Metallic finishes and a serene lilac color palette was chosen for the spacious master bedroom and its balcony.

The secondary bedroom provided a more colorful earthy scheme.

Some of the highlights of the installation included without a doubt, the kids room and its large bear on a bike.

A super cute house-shaped bed and great fun accessories were everywhere.

The space was empty and ready to go but a few surfaces were painted.

A bedroom wall was removed and enclosed in glass to serve as a home office.

Baseboards, window sills and doors were touched-up to get it ready to impress discerning buyers.
